Before You Apply

Blastem puppies are placed thoughtfully and are not matched strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are welcome to share preferences such as breed, sex, colour, energy level, temperament, and goals for companionship, show, sport, hunting, or performance.

As our puppies grow, we evaluate temperament, confidence, structure, drive, and overall suitability. Final placements are made with both the puppy’s needs and the family’s lifestyle in mind.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but it is the first step in our puppy process.

Our puppy price is $2,800 plus HST. A $500 deposit is required once an application has been approved and we have confirmed that one of our current or planned litters may be a good fit. This deposit goes toward the total puppy price.

Deposits are only accepted from approved homes after we have reviewed your application and spoken with you. Deposits are non-refundable unless a puppy is unavailable due to litter size or a missed breeding within 12 months of the deposit date.

What Happens Next

After your application is submitted, we will review it and do our best to respond within 1–3 business days. During busy times such as dog shows, whelping, or puppy raising, replies may take a little longer, but we truly appreciate your patience.

If your application looks like a good fit, we will reach out to discuss timing, breed fit, litter plans, puppy matching, contract expectations, deposit information, and any questions you may have.
